Yes — editing and the AI assistant are completely free, and you get 40 credits to start plus 10 bonus credits for each daily login, no credit card required. You only pay when you want more credits, and all exports are watermark-free.
Credits are the balance you spend on AI generation in Genra. You buy credits — they are yours the moment they are added to your account — and then spend them on generation whenever you like. Editing and the AI assistant themselves are free.
The AI assistant uses your credits automatically as it generates on your behalf. You stay in control: in settings you can set a per-generation budget, and any single generation that would exceed it pauses for your confirmation before any credits are spent.
Just buy any pack — credits are added instantly, including the bonus credits from your level. There is no waiting and nothing else to change.
Each top-up is valid for 30 days from the day you receive it. Your account shows exactly how many credits expire and when.
Credits do not reset to a fixed allowance — each top-up simply stays valid for 30 days from the day you receive it. Anything you do not use within that window expires.
Your balance is always shown in the top-right corner of the app, and your account page lists each batch of credits along with the date it expires.
No. The price you see is the price you pay — you are only ever charged for the credits you choose to buy, and taxes (if any) are shown at checkout.

The price per credit is identical. A one-time purchase adds credits right away; monthly auto-refill simply buys the same pack for you each month so you never run out. It is not cheaper, and you can turn it off anytime.
Yes — your first time buying the 240, 480, or 960 pack is 20% off, and each pack discount is independent. The 2,700 pack is already at our best long-term rate, so it does not add the first-purchase discount.
Anytime. You keep every credit you have already received until it expires; you simply will not be topped up again.
