Yes. Genra's Free plan gives you 40 credits to start, plus 10 bonus credits for each daily login — no credit card required. Free exports include a watermark. Paid plans (starting at $9.90/month) unlock watermark-free exports, faster rendering, and more credits.
Credits are Genra's internal units used for generation and editing. The amount deducted depends on your video's length, resolution, and editing complexity.
Credits are consumed based on media volume, video length, and features used. For example, generating a 5-second 1080p video costs around 20 credits (4 credits/second), while a 720p video costs around 10 credits (2 credits/second). Generating an image costs 1 credit. Credits are deducted when the generation task begins.
You can purchase credit top-up packs anytime. These packs work with any subscription plan and give you instant access to more credits without affecting your plan or billing cycle.
Credits from top-up packs are only valid during your current billing cycle. They will expire when your subscription resets, so plan your purchases accordingly.
No. At the start of each billing cycle, your credits reset to your plan's base allocation. Any unused credits from top-up packs will expire. Base plan credits do not roll over—they simply reset to the full amount.
Your remaining credits are always displayed in the top-right corner of the app. You can view your billing cycle reset date and payment history in your account settings.
No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden charges beyond your selected plan or purchased credit packs.

Yes! You can upgrade at any time. You'll pay the full price of the new tier, and it takes effect immediately with a new 30-day cycle. All your unused credits from the previous plan extend through the new cycle.
Yes, but downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle, not immediately. Your current plan and credits remain active until the end of your current cycle. When the new cycle starts, you'll be charged for the lower-tier plan and receive its credit allocation.
If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. You won't be charged again, and you'll continue to have access to your plan features and credits until the cycle ends.
